Sauce:
- 1 cup Orange Marmalade
- 1/2 Cup Pappy's Hottest Ride In Town BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Onion
- 2 TBSP. Soy Sauce
- One whole Chicken cut up
Combine sauce ingredients in saucepan and heat until well-blended. Place chicken in a foil lined shallow 9" x 13" casserole and pour sauce over all. Bake for one hour. Baste during last 1/2 hour of cooking.
