The Punjab Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2lbs. lean ground beef
  • 1⁄2 cup onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1Tbsp. Curry Masala spice
  • 1Tbsp. Vindaloo Curry Paste
  • 1/2tsp. ginger powder
  • 2 tsps. Spontaneous Combustion Hot Sauce ( sold at The Flaming Hoop Chiles )
  • 1 Egg
  •  1/3 cup bread crumbs


Mix together and shape into patties, serve with Curry Mayo, 2tbsps. Mayonaise, rounded 1/4 tsp .Indian

Masala and a splash of Lemon Juice. Top burgers with slices of Asiago cheese, onions and Curry Mayo.
