Ingredients
- 1 1/2lbs. lean ground beef
- 1⁄2 cup onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1Tbsp. Curry Masala spice
- 1Tbsp. Vindaloo Curry Paste
- 1/2tsp. ginger powder
- 2 tsps. Spontaneous Combustion Hot Sauce ( sold at The Flaming Hoop Chiles )
- 1 Egg
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs
Mix together and shape into patties, serve with Curry Mayo, 2tbsps. Mayonaise, rounded 1/4 tsp .Indian
Masala and a splash of Lemon Juice. Top burgers with slices of Asiago cheese, onions and Curry Mayo.
